An intersection on the Decumano Massimo (the major thoroughfare of Ostia Antica).
A half hour train ride from Rome took us to Ostia Antica, the ruins of a Roman port city that was abandoned when the Tiber River silted up.  Exploring the ruins is an impressive experience.  In some ways, Ostia Antica rivals Pompeii.
